日前在悉尼举办的Good Food Guide颁奖典礼中，来自墨尔本的餐厅Attica在激烈的竞争中杀出重围，夺得了“澳洲最佳餐厅”的称号。
虽然这是Good Food Guide举办的首届颁奖典礼，但是奖项极具含金量，因为它汇集了Age、Sydney Morning Herald和Brisbane Times等媒体巨头以及多达500家全球餐厅的评选意见，可以说名列这份榜单的餐厅相当于在业内得到高度的认可。
十多年前Attica还只是墨尔本郊区Ripponlea上一家默默无名的小餐馆，直到主厨Ben Shewry的到来才使得它一跃成为墨尔本乃至澳洲顶级餐厅的骄傲。
Ben Shewry引领了Attica的多次变革，但始终坚持着用最简单和来自大自然的食材烹饪最美味的食物——正是秉承了这一特色，Attica连续三年成为唯一入榜世界50佳餐厅的澳洲餐厅。
那么Attica究竟创造出了什么样的美食俘获来自世界各地的美食家的芳心呢？
