这是关于你作为联合国秘书长一定有条件能做到让全世界启动实现永久和平进程的大事而第三次给你写的信。
我相信我接受到了宇宙传来能迅速精准照亮所有真相的神光。我看到，唯有用这样的神光照亮每一个人内心灵魂，让每一个人都有神光智慧而使得整个人类文明都被照亮，任何人就能因此都能简易识别假象使之无处遁形，人类就再不会受苦，世界就永远和平。所以，我想让联合国将这宇宙传来的神光，撒向全世界各地每一个人类心灵深处，去点亮每一个人内心能简约化明识万象真相的智慧之光。
我的理解，维护世界和平并使之可持续，施予慈善救助，让尽可能多的人过上幸福生活，是联合国存在的唯一依据，所以，这也是我写此信给联合国秘书长的依据。
几千年来人类社会难享和平而总是乱象不断，是因人类自己初识世界必先陷在宇宙能量本质演绎出的幻化具象之形的陷阱中被自己由此不断造就的意识之茧困住了，所立价值底层还是和其它动物站在同一能量层面看世界，就摆不脱动物性。不破这自造的意识之茧，人类就在这茧内，自己创造了文明却不知何为文明，便几千年来一直掌控不住文明的能量而至今被反噬噬啮，而当前已经到了将加速内耗憋死的危境。看清意识之茧的边界，找到思维模式这个咬点，去破茧飞升迎来宇宙能量本质演绎的真相阳光，从而照亮整个文明世界真相，是目前全人类唯一必须全力以赴协同解决的紧急大事。
因此此信，说的是人类没有意识到而前所未有的生死大事，因不熟悉的说词似疯似傻，却是人类有史以来最重要的信。今年第三次再呈信，是因全人类已经面临的，是人类有史以来最大危机，是必须立即抉择的生死岔路口。选择方向只有两个：能从人类社会合作结构的底层即思维模式上，翻转价值站立基点，来重构人类文明构架后重塑人类文明，人类文明就破了几千年意识之茧而飞跃升级。不从底层开始启动这人类社会合作工程的全面重塑更新改造，人类就只能继续被束缚在自己意识造就的茧内加速奔向全部毁灭。于当前，人类文明不努力质变跃升就必然加速死亡最关键折转点，即最佳选择枢纽的启动点，就在联合国。故再三呈信呼吁联合国高度关注而看到，人类当前面对的历史变局，就是有史以来最非常态的或升级或整体加速死亡的二选一临界生死变局，无它路可选择！由此决定必须尽快让全人类都应非常态予以最高度重视，故应尽快非常态召开联合国专题大会，来讨论我一再推荐全人类高度关注的科学课题，即决定人类日常一切与生死可持续性的，是这个宇宙本质所彰显的贯通宇宙全时空能量演绎的程序定质规律。
如果人们认定这个宇宙由万能之神或说有上帝造就，那么，万能之神或者上帝必定就是按照程序定质规律来造就的。因此程序定质规律，就是万能之神与上帝一直希望传递给人类的关于这个宇宙的真相，也是关于人类如何按照宇宙本质自我拯救的信息。是不是由万能之神或上帝的安排我不知道，但我肯定我只是一个因接受到了这样的信息并在尽力想办法将信息予以转述传递的中转人。因全人类从来没有人意识到有程序定质规律，所以人类因比其他动物更善于程序合作才创造了人类文明以来，人类的社会合作模式的程序链接极易走偏而不稳定。人类社会合作文明模式所产生的合作能量，会承受不起其所创造的物化稳定程序链接合作成果产生的能量而逐渐失衡致被压垮。由此决定着人类社会合作模式以这样的方式反复演绎：社会合作链接程序被肢解便趋向熵化状态，就是争斗与战争，然后再组合能进一步使合作链接更具可持续性的新社会程序合作模式，即从原始氏族到国家、法人、政党、等，都是人类不断探求中才不断出现的社会合作模式，社会程序合作链接不断被肢解断裂再强力粘合重组程序合作模式，再又逐渐被肢解断裂，复又重来，如此反复折腾。所以人类社会合作模式需要达到与宇宙同在的可持续，即人类需要的长久和平，就应当按照宇宙能量演绎本质规定性的程序定质规律剖析人类社会合作程序链接模式，即使之从社会合作结构底层开始夯实人类社会合作程序链接机制，与宇宙能量演绎本质对接，这样才能改变人类合作的链接不断断裂而反复瞎折腾现象。可以最简略地直接这样说：人类不解文明本质中不断瞎折腾，创造文明成果越多就越导致信息庞杂，越来越真假难辨，越来越加速人类社会熵化混乱之时，程序定质规律，就传递着任何人都能抓握住而简约化迅速辨识决定人类的一切的真相的信息，是能彻底打开宇宙真相之神级万能金钥匙的规律信息，让人类能真正精准掌控万象演绎真相而造就人类社会可持续和谐合作链接的模式，实现社会永久和平可持续发展。但这需要每一个人都了解掌握具体获取信息真相的方法才行。而联合国召开国家政要精英特别大会，就是最快速让每个人了解、认知与具体学会掌握简约化精准辨识真相的好方法的最快、最佳的途径。因为，在现在的人类社会，落实信息内容最有力的推动能量，来自于人类社会合作组织中的国家这种人类社会合作模式。要使得各国家政与社会精英能先领悟打开宇宙真相的金钥匙真谛，从而了解他们应奔赴的正是利他但更利我的历史使命，自然是能迅速推动这福音信息传播最关键的所在。

联合国应刻不容缓召开这样的专题科学大会是因为，而今人类已经不可避免马上要出大事。人类现在面临的文明变局，是已经从有史以来的所有正事都不得不歪着办而致每每文明成果的天使都同时也异化为摧毁人类文明的魔鬼之历程，是人类创造了文明但因不认识文明真相导致不会使用文明而不断产生冲突的最后爆发奇点的临界，文明开始加速走向的死局。现在，落在人类文明队列后面的国家，已经陷入除了饮鸩止渴应对变局外看不到出路的境地。被公认走在人类文明队列前部的国家也黑云翻涌，争取光明也显得极其艰难。被人类称之为海洋文明发生后，人类开始搭建起一些可以讲理的平台，让人类误认为文明有了灯塔，却实质是一盏人类自造的意识之茧中的小蜡烛，始终连意识之茧内的世界都没有完全照亮，更不可能照亮人类文明的方向，吸引瞩目的希望之光反而正越来越暗。人类实质一直懵懂瞎摸瞎闯到现在。所以乃至即使是现在以为自己掌控了各种权力无所不能的人，甚至那些尚不为大多数人意识到的极少数因其思维模式走在人类最前列而先领悟到抓程序来建模式才抢占了能量的源头的人，已经因具有更善于抓程序而能超越国家边界来将国家与整个人类都作为牟利的提线木偶的无形掌控力，实质都还处在完全不知道自己从来不曾了解任何事态演绎的本质真相、而不断做出的是打破平衡以牟利之自取灭亡的愚昧决策还不自知的阶段，完全不了解他们任何自鸣得意的做法，实质都是在使极其渺小的自己与整个宇宙演绎可持续的程序平衡本质相对抗………这才导致这个世界各地乱象与战争不断，涌出太多苦难哀嚎。现在全世界都清晰感觉到了第三次世界大战不可避免要将人类全部毁灭的走势。极少数精英已经一再警示AI人工智能等科技，实质可能是加速人类死亡的狂欢前戏而不是文明的希望。全世界对此走势似已毫无办法，因为人类受到的苦难与是否做出正确的生死选择，都取决于其对真相认知的眼界。而来自宇宙能量合作才生出的人类，实质任何时候都必须恪守宇宙本质真相才能顺畅做事与生活的，却至今还不了解宇宙本质真相。
破此死局趋向的唯一方向就是要寻求到全新的思想，也即全人类要重新确立精准的、全新的能透彻通悉这个人类所处宇宙世界真相的视角。来自宇宙能量合作组合才产生的人类，要彻底解决整个人类都在茫然瞎闯这一问题，所能建立的全新思想的立点，其眼界一定要能透晰整个宇宙演绎真相，而不能仅被束缚在人间。因为“不识庐山真面目、只缘身在此山中”。人间一切现象，都是宇宙能量演绎现象中范围非常狭小的部分。为此我从自然哲学视角，写了两篇简说这个宇宙本质及其贯穿全时空能量演绎规律即程序定质规律的文章，《览要简说满灌人类所知觉的整个宇宙时空而主宰人类一切的宇宙本质底层构架之程序定质规律纲要要点》、《人类畅控万事的唯一科学缰绳是贯通宇宙能量全时空演绎的》，委托朋友发在互联网上，来传递这宇宙本质真相及其演绎之程序定质规律的信息要点。请联合国官员们以及认定应当高度重视这个科学课题的人类精英，搜索后予以审阅、翻译、传递。
人类认知宇宙存在很多视角，而就目前人类探索自然的实证，显然从程序视角来审视一切，是最简约化与最接近所有宇宙能量演绎真相的。所以普朗克说，这个世界除了量子振动什么也不存在。这里的量子振动形成，就是宇宙能量运动程序以同频反复组合方式形成程序合作的最初级能量程序模式具象体。或者从人类现有习惯视角看，这个量子振动层级的具象体就是物质世界的最初级第一性的第一次呈现。其实量子振动组合后的世界，就是这种程序组合的程序合作模式的扩展，只是扩展中能量运动程序排列组合不同才演绎出万象区别，但都是以运动程序反复方式形成程序合作的同样方式，或者说是在运动程序反复方式形成程序合作这个基础第一性上是相同的，即万象都在程序周延但不闭环式反复组合合作这点上具有同一性（关于这里因程序反复周延使动态能量平衡而静态化以及非闭环来促成能量交换做功演绎可持续等不在此赘述）。故而，程序组合合作，始终是这个宇宙世界全时空能量演绎的第一性。换个视角看，宇宙全时空所有现象都是宇宙能量运动的表象，即所有的宇宙能量都在运动，运动就是轨迹也即程序。所以，起码对人类感知这个宇宙的固有方式范畴内，程序就成为贯通宇宙全时空能量演绎的第一性。一个简明的常识是，凡事按照第一性原理去理解，就最接近涉事的本质而使得事情能被更精准掌控。由此可以推而明晰，人类如果能从程序为第一需要基础的价值立场来审视面临的一切：第一能简约化贯通宇宙全时空，通释所有能量演绎现象，从而实现全时空理论体系化。第二是因抓程序在所有人能简明适用的基本能力范畴，而能使得所有人都可以以之为有效抓手体系化做事，从而解决集合全人类智慧资源的合作协同性，由此可免除了现在百分之九十九以上的争斗都是漂浮在虚幻假象上瞎争的人类思维资源被错乱所致巨大浪费。人类合作有效能量将因此最大化，人类认知与驾驭能量演绎能力迅速几何倍增长，将具有足够能量推动人类文明走向宇宙深蓝。第三能超越与人类交换能量范畴，对其它宇宙能量演绎方式予以认知界定，从而解除其对人类认知的干扰。也即，使人类在探索自然中，首先能基本界定宇宙能量时空演绎种类边界，从而为最终认知宇宙能量本质奠定最基本的升级台阶。………..除了这三大点外的其它方面，将在全人类合作开拓程序定质规律科学时空领域内的无限宝藏时，再具体化。总之，不先认知程序定质规律的人类，不仅摆不脱人人一辈子心苦加辛苦的苦难陷阱，也走不出文明升级第一步，更没有走向宇宙深蓝的未来。而且也无法扭转当前已经踏入加速全人类毁灭的进程。
由此从程序定质规律俯视，可以清晰看到，宇宙与人类世界一切都一样，千类万象演绎都是能量在运动中呈现所做的程序组合形态。故人类争斗与战争历史，包括史前文明与整个文明历史，贯穿于其间所有矛盾源头的主要矛盾，或者说第一性的矛盾只有一个，即人类任何时候都不得不按照程序定质规律来抓程序办事与被囿于眼之近见短视利益目的为驱动核心，而乱程序投机做事的矛盾。这是因为人类至今未能明白，人能看到的和想做到的一切，都相同一样，都是能量运动程序组合的程序动态平衡才可能出现的静态幻象之具形或称之为具象的彰显。所以当人类以具体具象及其关联为价值判断站立点，即被具象遮挡，视角便狭窄且视野短视，人类一直傻傻地为了得到某种最短近的静态幻象之具形，去乱程序。也即一直都在用努力破坏程序组合动态平衡方式试图来实现程序组合平衡中乱闯瞎折腾。唯有当人类将价值观察站立点改变为能量运动程序上时，才能通透宇宙能量全时空演绎，而看到宇宙能量运动程序合作组合的动态平衡，是这个宇宙能彰显万象且使之演绎可持续的核心所在。
将上述表述，用更通俗的话来简洁讲就是，因为这个宇宙，是能量运动程序有部分不冲突而“顺”畅组合才生出来的，即因程序“顺”畅组合的部分才成为宇宙具“有”了的各种存在的。所以人类遇到的所有事中的所有问题，在每个环节任一细节都必然要具备的托底关系设置的选择上，都是“有”与“顺”的关系问题。低级文明做事的思维模式是“有”了才能“顺”，造成包括保障社会合作模式可持续在内的各种事易于失去底线而乱，连自然科学方面的探索到了现在临界宏观与微观时代也开始乱了，已经逐渐踏不实而浮漂杂乱起来。而高级文明做事的思维模式与低级文明完全相反，与宇宙能量演绎本质规律一致，是“顺”了才能“有”。人类文明的演进过程，就是人类不断探索程序之“顺”来实现能量动态平衡而使之“有”稳定模式的过程。只是还不明真相的人们，探索中，每件事的每一步都极容易将“顺”与“有”本来是纲与目的关系弄颠倒，所以文明进程磕磕绊绊。
任何人不论做什么，都只有也必须抓程序来做模式。但人类至今不知道做所有事实质就是做程序模式，做事都是在抓程序，所以常把想做的事的程序弄乱还不知事做不好的原因何在，故而全世界总是乱象不断。人类所有人所想所做一切，实质都是也只能按照程序定质规律为核心展开，且超出程序定质规律边界，就被要么打回原形要么熵化而彻底被踢出人类所在宇宙能量演绎界面。人类一旦认知并掌握程序定质规律，每每做事就循序定度，一切都因序清度明而都简约化顺畅起来，世界就和平了。基于此还可见，理解与掌握程序定质规律，于现代人来说并不难。难在人类若不先认知程序定质规律，就发现不了人类思维模式这种能量程序合作组合的模式体的存在，就理解不了其运行驱动核心来自遗传基因方式嵌入着前辈社会实践中固化的价值观胚芽，也解构不了先有思维模式在生产意识与思想后，才轮到决定着行为，就不可能科学定位人类社会合作底层构架正是深藏在社会文化意识生态内的思维模式……….。人类因为认知世界从看到具体有形的对象对自己有用而命之为物质开始，不知到所有物质都是宇宙能量程序组合成的程序模式幻象。由此，从以为所有争斗都是物质资源的争夺开始，低级思维模式者认为社会文明领先与否的差距在武力、权力等能具形化的实力而不解实力源自程序和谐合作组合成模式，稍微敏锐者认为差距在文化但也不解文化是人类对生活方式即能量程序组合方式的习惯选择形成的模式能量之彰显，现代更有人认为差距在人才与科技…….，这些思考都困陷在程序组合幻化出的具形幻象表层及其关系上，所以至今人类发现不了也就基本没有人想到文明差距的本质在思维模式及其底层价值观生态……..虽然有人凭对宇宙本质演绎规律的潜意识直觉，能说出可怜之人必有可恶之处且每一个灾难都是与受灾人认知相匹配的，却不解为什么每一次雪崩出现实际上每一片雪花都不是无辜的……….。解不开无数公说公有理婆说婆有理的人类，只要从宇宙本质程序的第一性视角去审视，所有自然与人类社会的迷惑都会简约化豁然得释而不再茫然瞎争。比如，我们能立即明白是因为思维模式决定每一片雪花每一步行为机制，由此才产生体制制度这样的雪堆，所以社会是雪崩还是可持续，不是雪堆决定的，而是思维模式驱动雪花运行机制决定的………又比如，人类将明确这个宇宙就是产生并可持续发展于能量以程序合作实现动态平衡方式才成为逆熵的存在，故而人类社会合作范围大小与合作可持续与否没有本质关联，只要人类能找到能像宇宙能量大时空同一实现宏伟合作模式的宇宙本质合作链接方式，人类完全应当像细胞组合成人体一样实现全人类和谐大合作，这才是实现人人幸福一生而人类文明最大时空内可持续的方向………由此推而及很多诸如经济发展决定文明进程等等无数现有认知误区，都会容易辨析真伪而被矫正过来。比如，人类追求经济发展中，数字成为新的财富，本就是随着经济模式发展才会彰显程序是真正资源所在的表现，但唯有在以程序定质规律思维模式中，数字才会被作为程序动态平衡的定位来认知其价值真相。而不会再将对数字的先期掌控权，错误作为投机来破坏平衡牟利而害人终害己的手段，从而避免了社会加剧贫富两级分化而推动人类走向灾难………避免人类继续深陷重蹈每次取得文明进步成果这个天使同时会异化为摧毁文明的魔鬼之魔咒。认知了程序定质规律的人类，每个人的日常生活，也将会因彻底明白了正义与智慧等，本质上都是人类对能量程序合作动态平衡的掌控追求，而聪明等不过是人类瞎用程序来投机的损人牟利但终不利己的现象……..在这样社会生态环境基础上，每个人都会亲肤式感到日常生活将由此顺畅而全新………..。反过来，如果不先认知与开拓程序定质规律，人类就不能精准结构人类社会合作而找到价值站立点与思维模式更新方式，将继续在瞎摸中不知碰撞真相而互害直至被自我全部毁灭。自人类核武器产生后，人类就处在这样随时被全部毁灭的危险之中。AI人工智能则将这类危险的启动，从少数人手中以及局部领域，迅速扩散，从而加速整个人类被毁灭的进程。所以，认知程序定质规律，成为全人类每一个人当前唯一第一要务。
我前面提到的两篇文章，极其简要地说明了我写信陈述的理论基础。即我要中转传递给全人类的宇宙信息，简单讲就是宇宙的本质问题。该信息承载的规律，即此信我将之命名的程序定质规律。鉴于这是全新看世界的视角，在此特别再简要予以示明。该规律对来自宇宙能量组合合作才产生的人类及其社会合作模式的重要性在于说，贯穿于整个宇宙时空能量演绎的基本本质基础是，这个宇宙既不是物质的，也不是意识的，而是程序的。而在人类能感知的宇宙能量程序演绎界面中，这个世界的本质是以量子振动为基础将能量进行不断编程称为万象程序化模式幻化的演绎，我将之归结为程序化演绎。这是人类认知宇宙能量本质之前，不可逾越的对宇宙本质探索中途认知之基础性阶梯。人类之不断乱象丛生就在于，对这个不可逾越的基础问题没有科学认知，而在构建社会合作大厦中，将最基础的构建模式即人类思维模式的核心支撑点价值立场站立反了，站在本质幻化不定的物质性表象上，而没有站立在本质程序上。这就造成，人类必须进行社会合作才能创造文明及使用文明成果的社会合作大厦建立的基础是漂浮幻化不稳的，所以人类社会任何合作模式总是在建设中因最基础立点不稳而乱并崩塌，造成百分之九十以上人类智慧能量无谓的互斗与战争式的耗费，使人类社会合作不能与同在宇宙能量界面的能量演绎一起可持续逆熵，人类就在人人心苦加辛苦中瞎摸，如今已经很快趋向加速导致全人类走向毁灭。人类虽然一直本能地从各不同方面探索解决这个主宰一切存在与可持续演绎的最根本问题，如哲学上对第一性的探索，科学上数理化等领域的片段总结而呈现的各种碎片式规律，爱因斯坦的统一能量场研究，各类科学家认为必定存在而对宇宙同一动态平衡在数学模型上最基本公式的研究，乃至基督教的爱，佛教的缘，道家的道，伊斯兰教为归一而树立的万象主宰之真主…….，人类始终没有科学统一答案。而在人类对自然科学探索成果的今天实际已经能给出答案，我认为这个答案就是程序定质规律。因为唯有这个规律，能贯穿于人类整个生活所有时空的能量演绎现象，定简约见大化，行执中而守一，辨殊像于质同……..让所有人做任何事都有了科学精准且切实易行的抓手。故人类唯有尽快认知程序定质规律，才能简约化明释一切疑惑而走出自己造就的现在的意识丛林。
简而一言蔽之，人类文明要升级，就只有登上程序定质规律这座宇宙能量本质演绎的科学高峰。而唯有先弄清这个科学高峰是什么，才能知道，攀登的第一坎，在改变每个人内心价值观站立位置，攀登的第一步，是内心思维模式。唯此，整个人类才能顺利快速攀登上去，而不会继续沉沦在序乱度错的意识丛林与沼泽的危险之茧中。或者换句话说，人类迅速去打开程序定质规律科学大门就成为拯救自己的神，相反在当前趋势下迟疑不定就滑向杀死自己的魔。人将成为神还是成为魔，区别就在于能不能共同彻底打开程序定质规律的科学大门，并用宇宙智慧点亮每个人内心灵魂。
