Foguangshan Nantian Temple Yanshengpu Dharma Meeting

For Buddhists, New Year’s Eve is not only a day for family reunion, but also the most important day for lighting up the lights and worshipping Buddha. Every New Year’s Eve is held at Fo Guang Shan in Wollongong a Yansheng Pu Dharma meeting so that everyone can enjoy the ceremony. Read the New Year’s Eve scriptures together and say goodbye to the Bodhisattvas and New Year.

On New Year’s Eve, Nantian Temple will open to the public at 8 pm and start at 9.30 pm in the Daxiong Hall to extend the life of the Buddha. Later, at 11 o’clock the New Year will be decorated with incense and blessings, and at midnight, peace and happiness will ring. Come to welcome the Chinese New Year.
