1. In addition, the time difference between buying and selling a house is relatively large, so they usually leave more remaining funds.
Many elderly couples love to go shopping together when they are fine, and find a place to drink coffee when they are tired. Or a few old men and women traveling in groups. So the restaurant industry in that kind of place is still booming. Another advantage is that there is free lunch or free coffee. Anyway, the rules of each store are different, but in general there will always be some free food. Generally speaking, the best time to make a call should be after 9.30am on the day of the advertisement and before the 11am lunch peak. Because they usually don't answer the phone during brunch rush hours. And if you call after lunch, too many people may have called, so you have no chance. If your English is not well-documented and fluent in response, you'd better write a draft before calling.
