1. "Stop familiar" is the least cost-effective business experience
I hate the act of "killing familiarity" most!
I met my roommate in college a while ago.
For many years after graduation, she has been a WeChat friend. She is a WeChat business, so she often recommends things to me.
I have always believed in her very much. I have always felt that my skin is not white enough. So, under her strong recommendation, I bought many of her products in one go, even though the price is a bit expensive for me.
However, after I bought it, I used allergies, and an online check turned out to be three no products.
Asked her about the situation, she just pretended not to see it, and did not reply.
Later, I talked about this with my mutual friends, but I didn't expect them to complain about being cheated by her. In the end, everyone decided to stop interacting with her.
This is the most common "killing familiarity" behavior around us.
The so-called "killing familiarity" means doing business, starting with friends around you and using the trust between friends to gain benefits.
Many people mistakenly think that it is easier to make money from acquaintances, but they do not realize that killing familiarity is actually the least cost-effective business.
Someone once made the following regular statistics from the perspective of enterprises:
1. The cost of developing a new customer is 3-10 times that of retaining an old customer.
2. The loyalty of old customers dropped by 5%, and the profit margin of enterprises dropped by 25%.
3. The success rate of selling to new customers is only 15%, while the success rate of selling to old customers is 50%.
4. If the annual customer retention rate is increased by 5%, the profit will reach 25%-85%.
5.60% of new customers are introduced or influenced by old customers.
6.20% of old customers bring 80% of profits.
Is it for individuals? Small profits are made, but friends are lost. Once the favor debt is overdrawn and consumed in advance, when you really encounter difficulties later, everyone is unwilling to lend a hand.
No matter what you calculate, this is not a good deal.
2. The lowering of people's bottom line starts from "selling" friends
Bai Yansong talked about this issue in "Are you happy?"
The bottom line of this society is constantly being broken. Food can be unsafely added, vegetables can have hurtful pesticides; just because you are uncomfortable, you can take the lives of people who have nothing to do with you;
For money, you can deceive at any time, as long as you benefit yourself, others are just a ladder to step on. Ideal is a ridiculed word.
This situation is not an individual phenomenon, but can be seen everywhere.
The act of "killing familiarity" makes people angry not because you made money from friends, but when a person uses the trust of others in exchange for benefits, which is invisibly a blasphemy of the friendship between both parties.
Especially with the development of the times, a mobile phone can do business, and the behavior of "killing familiarity" has become commonplace.
After all, once people compromise their interests, they will conditioned reflexively materialize the "friendship" around them into useful things.
Once this "snobbery" is discovered, no one wants to be with this person again.
The German writer Han Wei Kirchhoff once wrote a story:
The hunter caught a bobbin, and he has been begging the hunter to spare his life.
In order to survive, it promised to the hunter: "In the future, I will attract many small quails and their partners. As long as you open the net, you must catch a large group of quails."
After hearing this, the hunter said: "You are so sinister and vicious to your own compatriots, let alone treat others or my enemy? I would rather kill you at this moment, which is more secure!"
"Starting" with people around you is the first step after the bottom line is lowered.
Unfortunately, once this trust is used, friendship is no longer pure.
In the end, people began to beware of each other, and finally broke up. Even those who betray others will cause disasters for themselves.
3. Don't let friendship be mixed with benefits
Can't my friends earn money?
no! It's about being sincere among friends, and never "seeing what is going on" and seeking personal gain through feelings.
When it's time to talk about money, talk frankly and openly; when it's time to talk about friendship, treat each other with confidence.
Between people, what can't be hurt is the heart, what can't be lost is trust.
To know each other is fate. Relying on killing familiarity, you can't get rich, but it will make you live more lonely.
Mizner once said:
The best way to keep friendship is not to betray your friends.
There is an old Chinese saying: "A gentleman does not deceive a dark room."
Even if you are in an empty place, you have to hold on to yourself and do not do things that are sorry for your conscience.
Don't use emotions as tools, otherwise you will only lose a lot of money.
In a bizarre world, turning your head accidentally is temptation. Only by holding on to your kindness and your bottom line can you not lose your soul and let you be separated from your friends, and you can go further.
Walking with a conscience, even though life is ordinary, but still happy.
Killing acquaintance, people may gain temporary benefits.
However, looking at the length of a lifetime is a huge loss.
