European Court of Human Rights: Germany has fulfilled its responsibility for the Kunduz air raid investigation

（德国之声中文网）位于斯特拉斯堡的欧洲人权法院 (EGMR)周二（2月16日）做出判决：围绕对2009年北约空军在阿富汗昆都士（Kundus）空袭事件的处理，德国政府并没有失职枉法。

法官认为，德国司法部门对此案的调查是充分的，德国联邦政府并未违反欧洲人权公约。此次诉讼的对象并不是空袭行动本身，而是德国对事件的调查是否尽责。这一宣判是最终裁决，控方不能再度提起申诉。

本案原告是阿富汗人阿卜杜尔·哈南（Abdul Hanan）。2009年9月4日夜，他在那场空袭中失去了两个儿子，当时分别是8岁和12岁。
