Victorian state of emergency may be extended to December 12

Andrews also said that emergency regulations must be in place before Victoria can fully benefit from the COVID-19 vaccine. "We must extend the state of emergency until this is over. Victorians have worked very hard to fight this virus. We have achieved some results and we need to maintain it."
