比尔盖兹的前妻是现年56岁的梅琳达（Melinda
Gates）。她曾是微软的员工，她于1994年1月1日与自己的老板比尔盖兹结婚。
比尔盖兹和梅琳达育有3个孩子，她与丈夫一起创办了慈善组织“比尔与美琳达·盖兹基金会”。多年来其基金会帮助全球医疗、健康、教育等，在新冠肺炎期间，该基金会也捐助大笔金钱投入疫苗开发与对抗病毒。
