Pompeo）反应激烈，在推特发文猛轰世卫秘书长谭德塞与中国国家主席习近平共谋隐瞒病毒人传人之事，蓬佩奥指称世卫报告就是中国与世卫的「假讯息运动」，他指控武汉病毒实验所才是「最可能的病毒源头」，而世卫却合谋隐瞒事实。
