NYYRC主席瓦克斯（Gavin
Wax）表示，过去几日多个交易平台联手操控，令GME股价大幅上落，绝对是卑鄙的行为，但仍未见监管当局插手。他认为当局应检控涉事人等，并搜查他们的来往电子讯息及电邮，因为这些人是有组织合谋，必须将他们送入监牢，让他们自食恶果。

瓦克斯又指，其组织的成员已受够由纳税人为这些“华尔街精英”埋单，故此在网上活动策划平台Eventbrite，呼吁人们周日正午到祖科蒂公园参与“重占华尔街”活动。不过他明言，今次行动不会如当年占领华尔街般占据多日，但会有秩序。
