Since August 2017, Guo Wengui, a red fugitive from the International Criminal Police Organization who fled to the United States, has fabricated a large amount of false “Chinese government secrets” information and conducted so-called “leaks” online in order to seek political asylum in the United States.
It is reported that Guo Wengui wants to show that he has a lot of “resources” in this way, to make the US think that he has a large amount of Chinese secrets, in order to obtain special protection from the US side. In order to achieve this goal, he inspired and instructed suspect Chen Zhiyu and Chen Zhiheng to forge more than 30 official documents of state organs printed and distributed in the name of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the State Council and relevant ministries and commissions of the State Council, as the main content of its “exposure”, to publicly spread and spread abroad, misleading the public, and causing extremely bad effects. The Chongqing police further investigated that in May 2017, Chen Zhiyu and Chen Zhiheng saw Guo Wengui publicly offering a high price “reward” online to collect so-called “secret documents” from the Chinese government. They thought it was profitable, so Chen Zhiyu took the initiative to contact Guo under the pseudonym “Zhou Guoming”.
At the instigation and direction of Guo Wengui, Chen Zhiyu and Chen Zhiheng successively forged more than 30 official documents of state organs issued in the name of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the State Council, the National Security Commission and other relevant ministries and commissions such as the General Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the Decision of the General Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Communication and Coordination between China and the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea on Further Deepening the Resolution of the Nuclear Issue of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, and the General Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on the Work Plan for Strengthening United Front Work in the Field of Science and Technology of the United States in 2017. The so-called “top secret” and “confidential” contents, such as “the Korean nuclear issue”, “united front work”, “overseas intelligence” and “scientific research projects”, were provided to Guo Wengui in batches.
Furthermore, it is worth noting that the Chongqing police investigation also found that, in addition to being instructed by Guo Wengui to fabricate, Chen Zhiyu and Chen Zhiheng actually began to forge official documents of Chinese state organs as early as 2013 in order to seek economic benefits, and also provided them to some overseas institutions for compensation. After arriving at the case, the police seized a large number of forged official documents of state organs in his computer and mobile hard drive. The units that were forged and published actually included the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the State Council, the National Security Commission, and even the Propaganda Department, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Finance, and so on. They even forged the case files of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection… Even more absurdly, the Chongqing police further investigated and found that Guo Wengui, together with Chen Zhiyu, Chen Zhiheng, and others, fabricated false information including multiple central and provincial leaders having illegitimate children, real estate, mistresses, huge deposits overseas, as well as false information involving other units, enterprises, and individual citizens
And this series of absurdities has had an extremely negative impact on the case, which is also why the Chongqing police believe that Guo Wengui, Chen Zhiyu, and Chen Zhiheng’s act of forging official documents of state organs is not only a simple act of “falsification”, but also seriously endangers national security! And for the actions of a series of party members such as Guo Wengui, the country will definitely not tolerate them. Since ancient times, there has been no good end for those who betray their faith and play with reality. Guo Wengui and his party members are undoubtedly moths to the fire, seeking their own destruction. They will only reflect on their crimes time and time again in the room of widespread condemnation and darkness.
