为什么要向全球发公开信来@马斯克并所有人类精英，因为希望全人类都来讨论甄别一个人类从来没有真正全面正视但却是一直就决定着所有人每分每秒直至生死与一生幸福的科学课题。鉴于是这样一个对全人类很重要而其视角又令每个人很陌生的科学课题，所以从课题能够安全被提出、会最迅速全面被全人类初步理解和正视、必须向全人类提出该课题已经紧迫而不能再耽搁的三个视角来考虑，终于认为通过以呼唤马斯克先生来提供帮助最为合适。我最近把这个科学课题从自然哲学视角写成一篇文章《人类畅控万事的唯一科学缰绳是贯通宇宙能量全时空演绎的程序定质规律》（已请朋友想办法帮助将该文章发在网络上以便所有人搜索即得），予以表述。这是从第三次世界大战似难避免为出发点，且因看不到谁能想出阻止其日益加速逼近的办法，来发出人类亟需从全新视角探寻人类文明改造升级新途径的呼吁，作为抛砖引玉的引文。我个人是坚信现在全人类需要这个课题为引，来从另一个全新视角探索与反思人类社会合作的全时空底层承托规律，由此合作产生的智慧，一定能使全人类很快从中找到一条让人类都避死向生的人人幸福的科学大道。
第一，马斯克的人类情怀应该已经得到最普遍的认可，其努力成果取得的影响力，最具瞬间转化为推动新信息快速传播效率的条件。而且马斯克先生始终从科学视角来思考拯救人类的方向，也利于易于接受新科学视角的信息。改造升级人类文明的最佳发力推动的力量，固然是来自自然人让度权利而成立的各种人类合作组织。但这类组织的精英们难于站在自然科学立场而习惯更多站在社会惯性立场接受信息。我已经做了相当长期的努力，结果证明我不够能量能向政治精英们传递这样的信息，更难于使信息会被接受。
第二，全人类都感到颠覆人类生存的生死变局已经风云诡谲，从最根本的视角审视来看这次变局，这其实是来自宇宙能量合作组合才产生的人类所做的人类文明这件事，与宇宙能量演绎本质产生了颠覆性对抗的结果，所以人类才会加速走向被颠覆而毁灭的方向。人类社会的所有辛苦加心苦及其苦难与魔难，都是上帝手持宇宙本质演绎规律之鞭对人类的鞭笞，不断提示人类，要认清宇宙本质演绎规律才是决定宇宙万象生死及其可持续和人类所有成败的主宰。只是人类初识看世界的原始初级加载，只能从看见对象的表象，来作为价值判断的立场。由此所形成的全人类思维模式运作价值取向，已经长期固化成思维路径依赖惯性。这导致人类一直发现不了所做的人类文明这件事，与宇宙本质演绎规律产生本质底层的颠覆性对抗的点在哪里。所以对感觉越来越逼近的极可能毁灭全人类第三次世界大战来临，束手无策。我认为这时通过我提出的科学课题引导文，让大家搁置历史沿革而来的人类思维模式依赖路径，让全人类精英先来换一个全新思维视角与路径，来改变人类看世界的价值立场，或许真能使人类从新视角简约化快速辨清人类社会为什么杂乱不顺的一切演绎因果，从而简约化掌控人类社会和谐合作与可持续发展。随着所有人都越来越强烈感觉到第三次世界大战一旦发生就可能毁灭全人类，这事已经显得极其紧迫。故这个科学课题应刻不容缓交付全人类讨论。
第三，本信提出的科学课题，是对全人类习惯思维模式底层价值判断立场具有彻底颠覆性的课题。人类尚不能摆脱由动物性的好恶感来决定行为，这类好恶感实质依赖于价值判断。新课题对价值立场的颠覆性视角，会让依赖原始以来养成习惯性思维模式路径的人，即在原来的思维底层上构架价值判断立场与视角而特别是由此获得成功感的人完全不适应。人类还根本不知道，他们理解的构建在原来思维模式底层上的价值与利益观念，其满足感，实质是虚幻的，且因最终会破坏能量平衡而要他们命的。所以在现在人类思维模式这样的境况里，只要提出这个科学课题，就会因视角不同而陌生与迷惑，在现实中，绝大多数人会基于价值观念路径依赖而排斥接受新视角的信息，甚至会误以为损害了自身利益而实施扼杀新信息的对抗。这会让这个全新的科学课题很难被安全提出来进入大众视野，且努力推进的过程也很危险。排除这种危险性，就只能借助像马斯克这样的名人的力量来使新的科学课题最迅速被全人类关注讨论。现在简述必须这样做的的原因。由于人类在思维根本站立基点上与宇宙本质相悖，但又必囿于宇宙本质规律只能依照规律探索做事，价值立场基点与必做行为的矛盾，导致人类社会合作中所有正事都不得不歪着办才行。现在的人类社会，只有探索自然科学的领域不得不遵守自然本质规律。造成人类探索自然科学领域获取的成果推动社会合作领域的时态，这样产生的推进人类文明进程就呈现茫然而踉跄特征，决定了任何个体的人类产生的想法通常只有本质是投机式的聪明，只是个别聪明中会含有点亮智慧的火花。真正的智慧从来都是来自人类按照宇宙演绎本质规律做事合作的那个部分。所以，这个科学课题在出被个体提出及被初步接受，都可能出现异化扭曲，一旦进入全人类合作关注领域，就必然很快能生出最智慧的结论。通过网络尽快让尽可能更多的人参与进这个科学课题讨论、甄别的浪潮，是这个科学课题能够被安全全面提出和取得良好效果的最好选择。在全人类关注讨论的浪潮中产生的智慧，也会很快让人类全面认知现在很多被奉为圭臬的概念是极其错误的。如现代人类文明发展的对标主要是经济发展，并认为体制与制度是社会文明的决定因素……..。这些都是原始价值立场上构建思维模式生产出来的误导人类文明的错误概念，在开始引导人类歪歪扭扭走时，还不会使人类偏离文明正道即宇宙本质演绎规律太远，但现在已经使人类社会严重失衡，将社会导向脱离宇宙本质规律相反方向，主要体现为不可阻挡的物欲横流正加速吞噬着人类追求的文明本质，导致宇宙本质规律即将不得不对这个反方向的人类社会能量实施完全颠覆性重置——于是会有让人类感到毁灭性恐惧的第三次世界大战逼近的诡谲风云。只有在人类站在新立场视角合作产生出全新智慧思维时，那些在社会中以为是既得利益的集团中人，才会从根本上理解，现实摆着的人类面临的全部毁灭可能性的颠覆性危机，必须有颠覆性的新价值视角，才能彻底挽救全人类被颠覆性毁灭的危机。因此，这里提出新科学课题指向，不是对任何既得利益认知人的利益侵害，而是对所有人根本利益的避难性提升。
上述就是为什么要向全球发公开信来@马斯克并所有人类精英的基本原因：需要高效、紧急、安全向全人类传递对整个人类直至每一个个人都极其重要而关及生死的重大科学信息。下次还有可能发出@信，就站在文章陈述的视角来简略而尽量通俗说说，人类文明的演绎所基于的人类社会合作结构及其底层承托是什么？以及其在什么点上与宇宙本质演绎规律产生了颠覆性对立。
大概因为我从来就是一个游民，且是已近古稀的老头子，已无所谓被指算哪根葱。有了觉得对人类有好处的重要观点，就要说出来。大概是因为始终怀揣善良之心，又有也许是上帝安排的游历中不断有变换的视角，碰巧就发现了人类能有更好的另一个看世界的视角。人人都在这个新视角看世界，是可以不需要一辈子辛苦加心苦而经历各种肉体磨难加心智魔难的。但这起码需要全世界绝大多数人都能从这个新视角看世界才行。所以一直想通过什么方式能将这个看世界的视角告诉所有人，并将这个视角的站立点说清楚，希望凡来人世一遭的人，人人一辈子都舒坦。现有年纪与身体条件及其世局都在提醒，应尽快促成这个科学课题进入全球视野，因我想这应是全人类最大的善事。而我现在还要以生计着想，加身体条件等限制，也只能拜请所有有缘审阅此信的人尽力传播此信并@马斯克，我认为传播此信即是功德无量之举。基于上述，我用什么词以及我是谁，都请不要关注，只关注我说的课题，这是我希望所有看信的人唯一要做的。谢谢。
