在知道收信人性别时:
Dear Prof.(教授)/Dr.(博士)+ 姓
注意:在正式的英文邮件中,如果在知道对方职位的前提下,尽量使用“头衔+姓”的方式
提及你写这封信的缘由及目的,并定出全文的主题,举例如下:

Thank you for calling me yesterday to discuss…
I am delighted to give you the detail about…
I am writing to confirm/ enquire/ inform you…
陈述主旨:以一个段落表达一个主题为原则,需要几个段落来陈述主旨,例如:
Attached please find the latest information on…
In order to achieve our sales target, we need to….
主旨说明完后,对方应该了解你写这封信的目的及背景,接下来就是要求对方有所行动,例如回信、回电话、表达意见、缴交文件等:
