1 cup (160g) frozen cherries
1杯(250毫升)椰奶
1 cup (250ml) coconut milk

2 tbs acai powder
2汤匙亚麻籽
2 tbs chia seeds
5个腰果,浸泡或者1汤匙坚果黄油
5 cashews, soaked, or 1 tbs nut butter
2 个椰枣,去核
2 Medjool dates, pitted

做法/ Instructions
将所有配料放入搅拌机中,搅拌至光滑和奶油状,放入碗中。在上面加入你喜欢的水果或者乾果仁。
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
食用和存储 / Serving and storing leftovers
立即食用,放在冰格中可保存长达4个月;
Serve immediately or store in the freezer for up to 4 months.
或者把剩余的食物放入雪条模具中做成雪条形状,冷冻4小时後上碟。
Alternatively, place leftovers in popsicle moulds and freeze for 4 hours before serving.

可以用你所喜欢的冷冻果子或莓子代替樱桃。
