“那些无须驾车的人应该格外小心，并留出大量富余的出行时间。”

新州值得关注的三个地区
新州防灾专员Shane Fitzsimmons今天确定了三个需要观察的新州地区：中北部海岸，Hawkesbury Nepean Valley系统和新州西部。
今天，该州中北部海岸的部分地区可能还会有200毫米的降雨，而内陆的部分地区将有大约50-100毫米的降雨。
悉尼CBD预计今天和明天还会有40-70毫米的降雨，而悉尼西部地区降雨可能会高达150毫升。
在州和联邦政府共同努力帮助受灾最严重的地区之际，Fitzsimmons先生对日出节目说，重建受灾地区将需要更多的支持。
针对新州中北部海岸的计划
中北部沿海地区的警察指挥官Shane Cribb 概述了今天对该地区的洪水的应对措施。
Cribb 警司说，由于人们仍然被洪水围困，紧急救援人员安排了超过24小时的班次来努力支持社区。
“今天，我们的主要目标是制定一些计划，由此我们可以向那些孤立的人和孤立的社区提供一些补给，”他告诉ABC广播公司。
“我们的一些乡镇已经孤立了好几天，例如，我们有一个城镇没有水，因此我们需要想出一种方法给这个乡镇带来水。”
