澳大利亚撤侨启动 首批从印度接回80人

（德国之声中文网）在上个月禁止包括澳公民在内的所有人从印度飞往澳大利亚之后，首架从印度撤侨的澳航飞机已经于周六抵达达尔文。

首批从印度接回的澳大利亚公民有80人，在登机之前他们必须出具两次新冠病毒检测呈阴性的结果证明。澳政府将北领地的霍华德温泉（Howard Springs）的一处采矿营地改造成了检疫隔离设施，这些从印度接回的澳大利亚人将在那里隔离两个星期。

上个月，在印度变种新冠病毒肆虐的情况下，澳大利亚政府出台入境禁令，所有过去14天在印度逗留过的人员一律不得入境澳大利亚，澳公民也不例外。违者将被罚款数万澳元，还可能面临最多5年的监禁。这一严苛规定使得澳政府收到了法律人士、人权组织和滞留印度澳大利亚人的批评。

周五，在首架撤侨航班起飞前夕，原本计划登机者中有40人因新冠病毒检测呈阳性而不能登机，另外30人因为是密切接触者，也被拒绝登机。

澳大利亚财政部长弗莱登伯格（Josh Frydenberg）在电视播放的简报中表示：”我们在听从医学专家的建议，保证在国内的澳大利亚人安全；同时我也非常欣喜地看到，首架撤侨的飞机已经抵达，当然接下来还会有更多的班机。”

“让人们在飞往澳大利亚之前接受检测的方法非常重要，这一程序是我们目前所遵循的，接下来也将是如此进行。”

根据目前澳政府统计的数据，有大约9000名澳大利亚人滞留印度。本月内应该还会有两个班次的撤侨行动，预计在6月底之前，会有总计大约1000人从印度返回。

与此同时，澳政府还计划将靠近达尔文市东南郊的霍华德温泉隔离设施的容纳能力翻倍，以达到从6月份开始，每两周接纳2000人隔离检疫的能力。

在过去三周里，印度几乎每天报告的新增新冠肺炎感染人数都超过30万，该国肆虐的变种病毒比其它变种更具传染力。激增的感染病例使得该国医疗系统不堪重负，住院床位、治疗新冠肺炎的药品和急救所需的氧气设备都严重紧缺。

相比之下，澳大利亚在抗疫方面可以算是全球最成功的几个国家之一，该国政府在疫情爆发后采取了严格的封锁措施，对外国人关闭边界，并且对感染链实施快速跟踪筛查。到目前为止，该国累计报告的新冠病毒感染人数为29950人，死亡病例有910例。
